By: Nathan Roshawn | From: TrueRants.net Let’s do an American 101 lesson because it seems like most people forget or were never taught how a republic form of government works. Regardless of this they make comments about geo political situations and global events with limited knowledge and no bases in actual reality (not forced reality).
So here we go this should help: What is the purpose of a constitutional republic? 1. A constitutional republic is NOT a democracy! 2. A constitutional republic elects ALL officials who provide services for the people and those representatives report to The People. In contrast, An actual democracy elects a leader to represent the people and that leader then installs his/her people to run services as he/she chooses. The people have no say after the election of the leader.(This is not our form of gov according to our constitution although what most people abide by) 3. A constitutional republic government provides ONLY 3 services as well as services that support these 3 services. Those services are; A. Provide protection from global and universal threats of war, harm, and/or anarchy. B. Oversee or mediate disagreements between States when nation states cannot settle own disputes. C. Provide infrastructure to facilitate national and international trade and treaties. Any and all other services, including the 177 additional services our national government has decided to involve themselves with, are actually the responsibility of each nation state. This would include stuff such as, welfare and public assistance support , schools, healthcare, public safety, and creation and enforcement of laws that affect the community. This includes upholding religious rights and any right that affects a person, group of persons, or any class of individuals who has a threat against life and liberty and/or the individuals ability to pursue their own happiness. This includes ALL life including babies and those in development within a womb. What does this have to do with the overturning of Roe V Wade and abortion? Well, the argument for or against abortion is irrelevant. That is a personal belief that you can or do not have to have. That’s what Individual freedom means. To cut to the point of how this ties into Roe V Wade. The federal government NEVER had the right to involve themselves in that area of a persons life! It is a violation of very clear constitutional rights established of the republic. THEY ARE NOT stopping anyone from having an abortion if that is your choice. They ARE removing themselves from a decision that shouldn’t have been made by that level of government in the first place. Abortion is a humanitarian and religious situation and belongs in the hands of each state. So each state will decide how they want to handle that situation. Which means each states population will have a say in how they treat it. If you are for it, instead of sitting back like a simpleton and crying, contact your local elected representatives and inform them. Create an initiative to have a vote cast. If you are against it, same thing! Why are 8 states immediately banning it, because the majority of the population wants it that way! If you happen to live somewhere and you don’t like it you can move to a location more suitable to your beliefs. Populations change and areas evolve and grow. By the way, Roe V Wade had very little to do with abortion. The law did much more by providing back door programs for children organ harvesting, the marketing and sale of human DNA, and other things you wouldn’t even want to know. So before you form an opinion on something make sure you know more then the bullet point emotion grabbing planned response inducing thing you think you know. It’s okay to actually NOT have an opinion on something. Especially something you know little about….. just sayin! In Conclusion, It may also be beneficial to help you understand that Jane Roe whose real name was Norma McCorvey, having buyers remorse, admitted she made the entire story up and was fed information for the “case” in the mid 90s.
